Driver Tracking

From day one back in 2021 we wanted customers to feel safe, know who was picking them up and see the driver arrive in real time, over the past 3 years we have managed to achieve this and now anyone using the app since day 1 will mention how much more accurate it is and how much faster it is.

Our team of software developers are always looking at ways to improve it, whilst we feel that the app is as complete as it could be, on occasions customers will suggest additional options and ideas which we will always consider to add.

Our main concern is safety and we feel that our app is one of the safest for passengers.

Booking adjustments

When you've made your booking you will be able to follow the status of it through the app in the bookings section, this will have the booking reference that you can use regarding any query, change of pick up time or change of pick up address, you can cancel, change the drop off destination and even add additional stops right within the app.

Driver Profile & Full Tracking

Once a driver has been assigned your booking, you will see a full picture of the driver and details of his/her vehicle.

Once the driver starts the journey you can click more details and you will be able to see his/her journey going towards you, your be able to see if the driver gets held up and also get the live ETA.

Chat & Sharing

Once your driver has started the journey you can then share it will anyone, friends, family or loved ones, just like you would share any other link, you will also be able to message the driver directly, and they will be able to message you to notify you of any hold ups etc.

How can I pay by card?

When you open the app, click the white circle with the 3 blue lines in it in the top left hand side of your screen, now click payment then click 'Add a Credit/Debit Card' and follow the on screen instructions.

When you now book a journey and your on the screen where you choose a vehicle, click the bottom option that should say cash, then select the card that you previously saved as the payment option.

I paid by card but had to cancel my trip, what happens to the payment?

We refund all payments immediately, however this may not appear in your bank for a few working days (your bank holds on to it and this is why it varies between banks as to how long it takes to appear back into your account).

If however the journey has commenced, depending on the journey we may hold onto it to cover any costs to the driver (time, fuel, tolls, parking etc) that they may have accumalated.
